             GM shares last years vision and ideas for this years.     Bill solicits all ECs SWOT information.

            Visioning Process.

All Members start sharing their prework ‘where are we going Mission’ message.  Paint a vivid compelling picture of what we truly want to create! (Includes:  Overall target end state, stakeholders, how, who serve, values, why  important?)

            me to our achieve mission and more in 2007”          Each EC member delivers a 5 minute presentation.

Based on our Mission and lessons from Speakers,

What is our Action Plan (AP) / Behavioral Standards to assure success?

Bill/GM reviews Mission document to date.   Each member then each define personal, yet integrated, Strategic Action Plan.   Answering the questions:

 

(a) What must my functional area Execute to achieve the  Overall Mission?

 

(b) Team identifies top 10 behavioral Standards list that everyone must champion to assure becoming the best, hitting the home run.  The Organizational Musts…

 

The Plan is finalized and documented on SP form, edited and distributed…
